Mary Macias recently joined Resnick & Moss, P.C. as an Associate. She concentrates her practice to estate planning, real estate and business transactions and corporate growth.
Mary takes pride in helping people, families and businesses plan for their future. By preparing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for financial or medical purposes, she's able to make sure that your financial and medical needs are provided for and continuously protected. She gives advice and assistance to clients who are creating new businesses and to growing businesses during challenging transitions.
Before joining Resnick & Moss, Mary was a Special Assistant Attorney General, an Associate at Kemp Klein, and a Staff Attorney for Judge Barry Grant in the Oakland County Circuit Court- Probate Division. She also did appellate work for Michigan Children's Law Association. In addition to her legal experience, Mary was the Director of Development for Orchards Children's Services and the Michigan Youth Opportunities Initiative.
When not practicing law, Mary is helping The Bear Hug Foundation get underprivileged, at-risk and special needs kids to overnight camp in the summer. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
